Our Hornady AP powder drop locker locks your powder drop in the upwards position so that it does'nt reset and continue to drop powder while you are setting up your press or wanting to process brass but not drop powder...No need to empty the powder hopper nor remove it to set up and process brass. The locker work with rifle or pistol stems both stock and micrometer stems. 
 
The locker is very simple to use, just raise the stem, slide the locker in place and it locks in. To remove just hold the stem in the upwards position and slide the locker off.
